Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Communications, or related field (preferred)
Minimum 2 years of customer service, guest relations, or hospitality experience
Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, active listening, problem-solving, and poise under pressure
Fluent in English and Bengali (spoken and written)
Familiarity with CRM systems, tablets, and survey tools
First Aid/CPR certification (can be obtained within 60 days)
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Identify returning guests and VIPs, greet them by name, and ensure personalized experiences, including celebrations and preference-based service.
Actively interact with guests during gameplay, ensuring a friendly environment and enhancing overall guest experience.
Gather real-time feedback on services, technology, and F&B, encourage survey participation, and report insights to management.
Proactively identify and resolve guest concerns, provide immediate solutions for minor issues, and escalate complex matters when needed.
Assist in organizing and executing tournaments and events, including registration, coordination, and post-event feedback collection.
Conduct tours, explain facilities and membership benefits, and promote events and services to prospective and existing guests.
Support junior programs by assisting with registration, coordination, participant handling, and parent engagement.
Collaborate with team members, share guest insights, support daily briefings, and assist in training new staff.
