• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): University, Embassies/Foreign Consulate, Consulting Firms, Travel Agent, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing

• Bachelor/Honors
• North South University,East West University,Southeast University,BRAC University,Daffodil International University students will get preference

Candidates with the following certifications will get preference:

• Apply-board Counselor Course Training

• QEAC-certified Counselors

• British Council UK Agent & Counselor Training

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): University, Embassies/Foreign Consulate, Consulting Firms, Travel Agent, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing

• Age 20 to 45 years

• Student Counselling Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in student visa counselling for countries such as UK, Canada, Australia, USA, and European Union countries.

• Expertise: Proven experience in education counselling, student consultancy, study abroad programs, student recruitment, student admissions, and student visa processing.

• Foreign Education: Candidates holding a foreign degree will be given preference.

• English Communication: Must be proficient in spoken and written English.

• IELTS: Candidates with a valid IELTS score are highly preferred.

• Personality & Skills: Should possess a pleasant personality, outstanding communication skills, and strong computer literacy.

• Professional Traits: Must demonstrate politeness, patience, honesty, self-motivation, protectiveness, team management, decision-making ability, and loyalty to work.

• Commitment: Willingness to maintain a long-term commitment to the organization.

1. Counsel students on study abroad opportunities, admissions, scholarships, and visa processes.

2. Assess student profiles and recommend suitable countries, universities, and programs.

3. Manage end-to-end application, admission, and visa procedures.

4. Prepare and review application documents, SOPs, and visa files.

5. Communicate with international universities regarding admissions and scholarships.

6. Guide students and guardians throughout the study abroad journey.

7. Conduct admission and visa interview preparation sessions.

8. Build partnerships with educational institutions to generate student referrals.

9. Organize seminars, workshops, and promotional events.

10. Maintain student records and ensure timely follow-up.

11. Support enrollment growth through counseling and relationship management.

12. Collaborate with the marketing team for social media engagement and promotional activities.
