Experience:
Minimum HSC or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree will be preferred
Hospitality/Restaurant Management education or training will be an advantage
Minimum 1─3 years of relevant experience in restaurant, café, hotel, fast-food, or hospitality operations.
Experience in floor supervision, shift supervision, Captain, or similar service role will be preferred.
Strong guest-service orientation and communication skills
Ability to supervise and coordinate service teams
Ability to handle guest service calmly and professionally
Good understanding of restaurant floor operations and POS/KOT flow
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Responsible, disciplined, organized, and service-oriented
Willingness to work in shifts, on weekends, and on public/festival holidays
Willingness to work at any assigned Restaurant Outlet
Job Context
Helium Bangladesh is looking for responsible, energetic, and service-oriented Hall Supervisors to supervise restaurant floor operations, coordinate service teams, maintain guest-service standards, and ensure smooth operations during regular and peak hours.
Job Location
Restaurant Outlets in divisional cities of Bangladesh
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day dining floor and guest-service operations.
Coordinate Zone Captains, Service Waiters, Food Runners, Bussers, and other service personnel.
Manage manpower deployment, zone/table allocation, guest flow, and table readiness.
Monitor order flow, food delivery, service delays, wrong/missing items, and guest complaints.
Coordinate closely with Kitchen, Beverage, Cashier, and Service Teams.
Support opening readiness, pre-shift briefing, peak-hour control, and closing activities.
Ensure service SOPs, grooming, hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace discipline are maintained.
Monitor menu availability and communicate unavailable/limited items to relevant teams.
Escalate serious guest-service, safety, discipline, or operational issues to the Restaurant Manager.
Maintain required checklists, shift records, and basic operational reports.
