Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Service, or related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel, café, restaurant, executive lounge, or corporate hospitality environment. Experience operating commercial coffee machines is preferred. Good communication skills in English and Bengali. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and maintain high service standards.

Operate and maintain fully automatic coffee machines and beverage stations. Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other refreshments to guests and employees. Welcome and assist visitors, customers, and business partners in a professional manner. Ensure meeting rooms and executive lounges are prepared before meetings and visits.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of hospitality areas at all times. Monitor inventory of coffee beans, beverages, snacks, and hospitality supplies. Coordinate with administration for replenishment and procurement requirements. Support corporate events, customer visits, audits, and management meetings. Uphold company standards of professionalism, courtesy, and confidentiality.
