• Coordinate and monitor the design development process from concept to final approval.

• Act as a link between Design, Merchandising, Sampling, Production, and Vendors to ensure smooth workflow.

• Track design timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed as per critical path.

• Prepare and maintain design calendars, trackers, and status reports.

• Support designers in tech pack preparation, artwork placement, color ways, trims, and fabric details.

• Ensure accurate communication of design changes to all concerned departments and suppliers.

• Coordinate sample development (proto, fit, SMS, PP) and follow up for timely submissions.

• Review samples for design accuracy, measurements, and aesthetics against approved standards.

• Organize and maintain design libraries, including fabrics, trims, artworks, and approvals.

• Assist in fit sessions, capture feedback, and circulate comments for corrections.

• Ensure designs comply with brand guidelines, quality standards, and cost targets.

• Maintain proper documentation and version control for all design-related files.

• Support seasonal line reviews, buyer meetings, and presentations.

• Identify and flag design or development risks and coordinate solutions proactively.
