Responsibilities & Context:
- Assist in the development and execution of merchandising plans.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for product sourcing, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Follow up on purchase orders, shipments, and product quality.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and inventory.
- Support the Senior Merchant in trend research, market analysis, and competitor monitoring.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, sales) to support smooth operations.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management as needed.
