• Bachelor/Honors

• Certification or training in Air Ticketing & Reservation will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, Travelport, or other GDS systems preferred.

• Training in IATA/UFTAA Foundation Course, Travel & Tourism, or Aviation Management will receive preference.

• Strong understanding of airline fare rules, ticket issuance, reissue, refund, and cancellation procedures.

• Excellent customer service and sales skills.

• Good communication skills in both Bangla and English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple bookings efficiently.

• Candidates with experience in OTA (Online Travel Agency) platforms will be given preference.

OLLO Travels is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Air Ticketing Sales & Reservation Officer to manage domestic and international flight reservations, ticket issuance, customer support, and travel-related services. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GDS systems and excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international air ticket reservations and bookings.

• Issue, reissue, refund, and cancel air tickets as required.

• Provide accurate fare quotations and travel information to clients.

• Manage bookings through GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).

• Assist customers with flight schedules, baggage policies, and travel requirements.

• Follow up with clients regarding ticket confirmations and travel updates.

• Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for booking-related issues.

• Maintain booking records and prepare daily sales reports.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Support visa, hotel, and travel package inquiries when necessary.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Candidates with relevant travel and tourism certifications will get preference.

Experience Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Air Ticketing, Reservations, or Travel Agency Operations.

• Fresh candidates with GDS knowledge may also apply.

Additional Requirements

• Strong knowledge of airline reservation systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre).

• Familiarity with international and domestic fare calculations.

• Good communication skills in Bangla and English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
