Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Management
    • Diploma in Hotel Management

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Supervise all front office activities, including reception, reservations, guest relations, and transportation etc.

  • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures.

  • Welcome VIP guests and ensures personalized service.

  • Handle guest complaints, feedback, and special requests promptly and professionally.

  • Supervise, train, and motivate front office staff.

  • Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.

  • Monitor room reservations, room availability, and occupancy levels.

  • Coordinate with Housekeeping and Sales departments to maximize room revenue.

  • Ensure accurate room allocation and guest preferences.

  • Monitor daily room revenue and front office transactions.

  • Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and credit control procedures.

  • Review daily reports and reconcile front office accounts.

  • Liaise with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, Food & Beverage, and Sales departments.

·         Ensure effective communication regarding guest requirements and operational issues.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for Management.

  • Maintain guest records and front office documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

  • Ensure adherence to hotel security and safety standards.

  • Handle emergency situations according to hotel procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and hotel SOPs.
