Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated, skilled, and experienced "Senior Front Desk Officer" for our modern diagnostic and healthcare center. The ideal candidate will ensure premium patient services, flawlessly manage front-end operations, and handle the billing system with utmost accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Professional Reception & Customer Service: Warmly welcome patients and their attendants with the highest level of professionalism and empathy, providing them with accurate guidance and support.
Advanced Billing & Cash Management: Accurately operate the hospital/diagnostic center’s billing software. Efficiently handle payment collections, refund policies, and daily cash closing/reconciliation at the end of the shift.
Expert Knowledge of Diagnostic Tests: Maintain in-depth knowledge of pathology, radiology, and other medical tests. Clearly explain test preparations, panels, costs, and report delivery schedules to patients.
Doctor Appointments & Patient Flow: Manage schedules for specialist doctors, handle advance bookings via phone or online, and smoothly control the patient flow (queue management) at the OPD.
Crisis Management: Handle patient queries, grievances, or critical situations calmly and professionally to ensure swift resolution.
Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/monthly reports on patient engagement, billing summaries, and report deliveries to the management.
