• Experience in Sales & Marketing department in Healthcare Industry will be preferred.

We are looking for a creative person for our PMD team.

• Develop professional relationships with customers (Field visit) and provide them updated information about JMI products.

• Perform design and development of new and existing products (Mentioned in the portfolio), for instance: Disposable syringe, AD syringe, Insulin syringe etc.

• Launching new products in the market with the help of company personnel.

• Design and development promotional tools, product manual and packing materials for the effective promotion of the assigned products.

• Collect product complain through S&M Dept. and take initiative to gave necessary feedback to customer with the support of QAD. Also support related department for product development.

• Keep latest information of different medical devices, evaluate competitor’s activities and formulate counter strategy.

• Obtain and update certifications of the assigned products.

• Share innovative ideas to uplift product performance and ensure compliance.

• Productions monitoring and ensure smooth production and supply through the coordination with Production, QA, SCD, Commercial, Accounts Department.

• Make visits to the different hospital nurse/doctor end to promote and evaluate the product condition.

• Keep latest information of different medical products and evaluate the product condition.

• Any other task assigned by supervisor.
