Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Understanding the production process clearly and keeping update all time.v Introducing batch costing following activity based costing system.
∎ Determination batch wise per unit standard and actual product cost and identify the reason of variances.
∎ Monitoring batch wise material/component issue to production floor.
∎ Preparing statement of actual and standard material consumption and analyzing the variances in Weekly, Monthly and Yearly basis.
∎ Analyzing overall cost variance for material, labor and factory overhead.
∎ Analysis of man, material and machine efficiency.
∎ Determination of wastage percentage of materials in compare with standard and analyzing the variances in Weekly, Monthly and Yearly basis.
∎ Collect statement of power consumption of each production and service department in monthly basis.
∎ Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
