JMI Syringes & Medical Devices Ltd., a sister concern of JMI Group is looking for an Executive in the Information Technology Team.
Responsibilities:
- Installing, configuring, monitoring and maintaining computer hardware, software, system, network, printer, scanner, etc.
- Providing technical support (physically or remotely) on call basis and in schedule.
- Configure and troubleshoot Email.
- Recommending and implementing time demanding technology.
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades.
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.
- Configuring & monitoring of CCTV, IP Camera, access control, time attendance devices and software.
- Maintaining records of software licenses.
- Managing stocks of all IT accessories.
