Experience:

• 2 to 3 years

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

• A medical degree (MD or DO) followed by a pediatric residency and a fellowship in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.

• Age At least 28 years

1. Patient Care & Diagnosis: Assess and treat newborns with congenital disabilities, infections, breathing difficulties, or extreme prematurity.

2. Medical Procedures: Perform interventions such as intubation, catheterization, and managing ventilators or CPAP machines.

3. Team Leadership: Coordinate care plans alongside NICU nurses, respiratory therapists, and pediatric specialist cardiologists, surgeons.

4. Family Communication: Counsel parents on their baby's medical status, long-term prognoses, and train them on how to care for their baby post-discharge.

5. Monitoring: Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., blood tests, X-rays, and echocardiograms) to adjust medications and nutrition plans.
