Job Summary:
The Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting physicians, and supporting overall healthcare operations. The role includes patient assessment, administering medications, maintaining medical records, and ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Care:

   • Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring patient comfort.

   • Assess patient conditions and report any changes to the physician promptly.

2. Medication Administration:

   • Administer prescribed medications, injections, and IV fluids as per doctor’s instructions.

   • Ensure accurate dosage and maintain medication records.

3. Clinical Assistance:

   • Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments.

   • Prepare patients for medical procedures and surgeries.

4. Monitoring & Observation:

   • Regularly monitor patient progress and document clinical observations.

   • Maintain accurate nursing notes and patient charts.

5. Infection Control & Safety:

   • Follow strict hygiene and infection control protocols.

   • Ensure cleanliness and sterilization of medical equipment and patient areas.

6. Emergency Response:

   • Respond promptly to medical emergencies.

   • Provide first aid and basic life support when required.

7. Patient Education:

   • Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medications, and aftercare.

   • Provide guidance on maintaining health and preventing illness.

8. Documentation & Reporting:

   • Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and documentation.

   • Ensure confidentiality of patient information at all times.

9. Coordination:

   • Collaborate with doctors, healthcare staff, and support teams.

   • Ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery.
