Job Summary

The Office Secretary is responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support, maintaining office records, coordinating schedules, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.

  • Maintain files, records, and confidential documents.

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Prepare letters, reports, and official documents.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.

  • Maintain office supplies and administrative records.

  • Answer phone calls and receive visitors professionally.

  • Support management in day-to-day administrative activities.
