We are inviting applications from qualified and dedicated candidates for the position of Medical Officer (Indoor).
Job Responsibilities
Provide medical care to admitted (Indoor) patients.
Conduct regular patient rounds and monitor clinical progress.
Maintain proper medical records and documentation.
Coordinate with consultants regarding patient management.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies within the hospital.
Prescribe medications and treatment plans as per hospital protocols.
Counsel patients and their attendants regarding treatment and follow-up.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, ethical standards, and quality protocols.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Experience Requirements
0–2 years of experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.)
Experience in hospital indoor patient management will be preferred.
Additional Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in rotating shifts.
Strong clinical decision-making ability.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Computer literacy will be an added advantage.
