Job Summary

The Site Engineer is responsible for supervising construction, renovation, and interior fit-out works while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities.

• Ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.

• Monitor quality of construction.

• Coordinate contractors and suppliers.

• Monitor plumbing, electrical, and civil works.

• Prepare daily progress reports.

• Ensure workplace safety compliance.

• Verify materials and measurements.

Core Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Interior Decoration and Fit-Out Works.

• Practical experience in Electrical Layouts, Wiring, and Installation.

• Sound understanding of Plumbing and Sanitary Systems.

• Hands-on experience in General Civil Construction and Finishing Works.

• Ability to interpret and execute architectural and engineering drawings.

• Knowledge of construction materials, specifications, and quality standards.

• Strong site supervision, contractor coordination, and project execution skills.

• Ability to monitor project progress while ensuring safety and quality compliance.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills.

• Proficiency in preparing site reports, material requisitions, and work progress updates.
