We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic professional for the position of Head of Operation (Hospital Management) to oversee and manage the overall operational activities of the hospital. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day hospital operations, maintaining service quality, improving patient satisfaction, and coordinating among all departments for efficient healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily hospital operations efficiently

• Ensure smooth coordination among clinical, administrative, and support departments

• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards

• Monitor patient care services and ensure quality healthcare delivery

• Improve patient satisfaction and service excellence

• Manage hospital resource utilization and operational cost control

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, legal requirements, and accreditation standards

• Coordinate with department heads for performance improvement

• Handle crisis management and emergency operational planning

• Monitor staff performance and ensure operational discipline

• Prepare operational reports for management review

• Support strategic planning and business development initiatives

Educational Requirements

• Master’s degree in Hospital Management / Healthcare Management / Business Administration / Public Health / Management or related field

• Additional professional certifications in hospital administration will be considered an advantage

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in hospital administration and operations

• At least 5 years in a senior managerial role in a reputed hospital

• Strong knowledge of hospital systems, patient care management, and healthcare compliance
