Responsibilities & Context:
  • We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Hospital Coordinator to work directly under the Chairman and ensure smooth coordination of hospital operations, administrative activities, and executive communications. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the Chairman and various departments, ensuring effective implementation of directives and maintaining high standards of operational excellence.


  • Coordinate directly with the Chairman regarding daily hospital operations and strategic matters.

  • Follow up on departmental tasks, reports, and action plans as instructed by the Chairman.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and official correspondence.

  • Monitor administrative and operational activities across departments.

  • Ensure proper implementation of management decisions and policies.

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain executive calendars.

  • Coordinate with medical, administrative, marketing, finance, and support departments.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive organizational information.

  • Assist in special projects, policy implementation, and executive decision-making support.

  • Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to the Chairman.
