• Experience: 1–2 years in diagnostic/hospital settings preferred

General Computer Operation:

• Enter patient registration data into the diagnostic software accurately.
• Generate and print reports for pathology, imaging, and other investigations.
• Maintain digital records of daily test logs, patient details, and financial transactions.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and receipt generation for all diagnostic services.
• Manage online and offline report delivery systems.
• Monitor and report any software/hardware issues to IT or admin teams.

USG & Echo Service Support:

• Schedule and confirm appointments for ultrasound and echocardiography tests.
• Prepare patient files for USG and Echo procedures.
• Label and organize printed images (e.g., thermal paper images from USG/Echo machines).
• Assist the sonologist or cardiologist in managing patient flow during imaging sessions.
• Enter test findings or dictated notes into structured templates (if required).
• Maintain and archive images and reports systematically, both digital and hard copy.
• Ensure accurate test coding and test naming according to prescription.

Laboratory Support

• Enter test reports panel for hematology, biochemistry immunology, microbiology and serology.
• Print and verify lab reports before handing them to patients or doctors.

Communication & Coordination:

• Guide patients regarding test preparation instructions (e.g., fasting for USG).
• Coordinate between front desk, lab, and imaging departments.
• Notify doctors when reports are ready and ensure timely report delivery to patients.
