• AutoCAD

• ArcGIS/QGIS

• Knowledge of RAJUK regulations and Bangladesh planning standards

The Urban Planner is responsible for supporting the planning, design, regulatory approval, and implementation of residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects. The role focuses on land use planning, GIS analysis, layout preparation, statutory approvals, project documentation, and coordination with government authorities to ensure compliance with Bangladesh's planning and development regulations.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and review layout plans, land use plans, and planning proposals.

• Develop GIS maps and conduct dimensional analysis.

• Coordinate with RAJUK, DOE, and other regulatory authorities for project approvals.

• Maintain project layouts, planning databases, and technical documentation.

• Coordinate with Architecture, Engineering, Survey, and Land teams.

• Prepare planning reports, presentations, and project-related documents.

• Ensure compliance with applicable planning regulations and company standards.
