Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Architecture / Interior Design or a related discipline from a recognized institution.

• At least 5 years

• Age At least 20 years

• Minimum 05 years of practical experience in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or related projects.

• Experience in residential, commercial, office, retail, or hospitality interior projects will be preferred.

• Strong knowledge of interior space planning and design principles.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, Photoshop, or other relevant design software.

• Strong knowledge of working drawings, detailed drawings, BOQ, and cost estimation.

• Good understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and construction methods.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Strong communication, coordination, and client management skills.

• Ability to conduct site supervision and solve project-related technical issues.

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements and project objectives.

• Prepare interior space planning, layout plans, and design presentations.

• Develop concepts and prepare high-quality 3D visualizations.

• Prepare working drawings and detailed drawings for interior projects.

• Design and coordinate furniture and fixture layouts.

• Select appropriate materials, finishes, colors, lighting, and accessories.

• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and assist in cost estimation.

• Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.

• Conduct site visits and supervise interior project execution to ensure design quality and compliance.

• Provide renovation and remodeling design solutions as required.

• Support interior decoration and project execution activities.

• Monitor project progress, timelines, quality standards, and budgets.

• Provide professional consultation and support throughout the project lifecycle.
