• Engineering degree with MBA in Marketing degree will be an added advantage.(An engineering degree is required but highly relevant experienced candidates without an engineering degree may also apply).

Skills & Expertise:

• EGP Tendering Expert, Purchase/ Procurement from foreign companies, Tender Bidding, Tender Preparation, Vendor Sourcing etc.

Responsibilities & Context

Paradise Engineering Ltd. is seeking dynamic, active, and hardworking Pre-Sales/Biding Engineer (Broadcast/Telecom). The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with government/private sector tenders, a proven record of successfully handling large projects and the ability to communicate and coordinate confidently with high level officials across various government organizations:

• Regularly monitor tender portals, including e-GP, government websites, NGO platforms, and corporate procurement portals.
• Regularly visit government offices and private-sector organizations to identify procurement requirements and follow up on upcoming Tenders, RFPs, and RFQs.
• Analyze tender documents and prepare complete bid submissions in accordance with tender requirements.
• Liaise with foreign principals and suppliers to facilitate high-level customer meetings and product demonstrations.
• Source products in accordance with tender requirements and customer specifications.
• Coordinate with technical and procurement teams to ensure compliance with all technical tender specifications.
• Review and analyze technical specifications and develop customized solutions based on customer requirements.
• Participate in foreign tours/training with customers to ensure proper hospitality and support by foreign principals.
• Perform any other project-related duties or responsibilities assigned by the company.
