Paradise Fitness Club is one of the largest gyms in the region, featuring a modern design and fully equipped commercial facilities, offering both Mixed and Ladies-Only sections. We are dedicated to promoting health, wellness, and an active lifestyle within the community of Mohammadpur, Dhaka.

We are currently seeking highly professional and dynamic Sales & Marketing Officer to drive membership growth, strengthen our brand presence, and support the overall operations of the gym.

Sales Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly membership sales targets through effective lead generation and follow-up.
• Handle inquiries (walk-in, phone, social media) and convert prospects into members.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing members to encourage renewals and referrals.
• Conduct gym tours for potential clients and clearly explain membership benefits, pricing, and available services.
• Maintain updated client records and follow up with potential members regularly.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and membership sales.
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp) with engaging content, posts, videos, and promotions.
• Coordinate local promotions, community outreach, and partnerships with nearby businesses and institutions.
• Design and distribute marketing materials such as flyers, posters, digital ads, and promotional offers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop effective marketing strategies.
• Assist in organizing events, challenges, and fitness campaigns to attract new clients.

Operational & Support Responsibilities:

• Ensure a high standard of customer service and positive experience for all visitors and members.
• Support the front desk with daily operations during peak hours if needed.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales & marketing reports for management.
