Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: Paradise Engineering Ltd. is seeking dynamic, active, and hardworking Senior Accounts & Admin Officers. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with accounts & admin departments, a proven record of successfully managing accounts and admin independently or with a minimum leadership, and the ability to communicate and coordinate confidently with high-level officials. Candidate experience handling tender will be considered as extra advantage.
Accounts Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day financial records, ledgers, and vouchers.
- Prepare and process payments, salary sheet, receipts, and journal entries.
- Handle petty cash management and ensure proper documentation.
- Prepare bidding documents for government tender such as Bank guarantee, Performance Guarantee, Financial Proposals etc.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Reconcile bank statements and follow up on outstanding transactions.
- Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and accounting standards.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and follow up with clients/vendors for payments.
- Maintain inventory and asset records in coordination with relevant departments.
- Audit, Finance, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
- Follow up with Banks for opening LC, Negotiation, prepare commercial documents
Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, logistics, supplies, and facility maintenance.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining personnel files.
- Prepare office correspondence, memos, notices, and reports.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communication.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and administrative procedures.
- Support procurement activities by collecting quotations and preparing documentation.
- Handle vendor communication, follow-up, and service agreements.
- Maintain confidentiality of organizational documents and sensitive information.
- Provide administrative support to management and project teams as required.
