Experience:
Strong knowledge of banking, LC, and commercial documentation.
Perform any other additional tasks assigned by the management related to banking, finance, taxations, licensing, approvals, assets management, accounting, etc.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (ERP-Odoo, Tally) – MANDATORY.·
Good analytical and numerical skills.·
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.·
Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams and banks.
Manage day-to- day accounting functions including regular cash & bank vouchers verification, accounts ledger and bank reconciliation, monthly closing of transactions, sales invoice & collection monitoring etc.
Oversee and validate appropriate calculation & on time submission of Tax. VAT & regulatory charges and ensure statutory reporting are done on time.
· Ensure adequate controls in all the related finance processes.
Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and overseeing the preparation of all management reporting.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance for all commercial transactions.
Handle export and import related financial documentation and commercial procedures.
Check Import, Export & Local Transport Bills, Courier Management, Freight Services, Various Fees, Bills, etc.
Maintain liaison with banks for LC opening, bank guarantees, and other banking facilities.
Manage (A/R, A/P) by monitoring outstanding invoices and following up with showrooms, clients, and distributors for timely collection.
Handle cheque preparation and disbursement to vendors, contractors, and service providers with proper approval and documentation.
Maintain effective communication with banks regarding transactions, statements, loans, and other financial facilities.
Prepare and submit cash incentive applications (export incentives or government schemes) and follow up with the concerned authorities.
Maintain accurate books of accounts, including vouchers, journals, and ledger entries in accounting software.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
Maintain financial documents, files, and records to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
Provide support for internal and external audits and ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities when required.
Perform any other finance or accounting-related tasks assigned by management
