Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our Accounts Department. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing financial operations efficiently and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations. The responsibilities of the position include the following:
Proficiency in ERP and accounting software such as Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, or Xero.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP for financial analysis and reporting.
Preparation and maintenance of key financial statements including Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements, and Bank Reconciliation Reports.
Comprehensive knowledge of Bangladesh financial regulations, including TDS, VAT, TAX compliance, and Audit procedures.
Monitoring and managing employee attendance records, payroll processing, overtime calculations, final settlements, and ensuring proper statutory compliance and audit documentation.
The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records while supporting the organization’s financial management and reporting processes.
