• Relevant training in Video Editing, Multimedia, Motion Graphics, or Film Production will be an advantage.

• 1 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Farming, Livestock, Agro based Startup
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age 18 to 30 years
• Only Male

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar software.

• Strong understanding of video storytelling, visual composition, sound design and color correction.

• Experience in producing content for Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and other digital platforms.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Edit high-quality promotional, product showcase, corporate, educational, and social media videos for agro-based products, agricultural machinery, business machinery, and related services.

• Create engaging short-form and long-form video content for Facebook, YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other digital platforms.

• Develop compelling visual stories highlighting machinery features, product benefits, customer success stories, and company activities.

• Add motion graphics, animations, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, and visual enhancements to maximize audience engagement.

• Collaborate with the marketing, branding, and content teams to execute campaigns and promotional activities effectively.

• Produce video advertisements, product demonstrations, training videos, event coverage, and corporate presentations.

• Maintain brand consistency across all video content and digital communication channels.

• Organize and manage video footage, project files, and digital assets efficiently.

• Stay updated with current video editing trends, social media algorithms, and audience engagement techniques.

• Contribute innovative ideas to strengthen the company's digital presence and product marketing efforts.
