• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting

• Professional Qualification: CA (Partly Qualified)

• Age At most 32 years

• Verify the Daily Vehicle Register (pool vehicles) to ensure all company vehicle movements are authorized and accurately documented.

• Audit EBS bills by matching them against Challans, Bills, and POs to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Conduct comprehensive bank reconciliations.

• Verify export realizations to ensure all funds are received and recorded correctly.

• Audit and verify Comparative Statements (CS) through periodic market price verification to ensure transparent, accurate, and competitive sourcing across the organization.

• Perform regular and surprise cash audits to safeguard company assets and maintain strict adherence to internal control policies.

• Conduct market visits for price verification when required.

• Conduct factory visits for cross-verification of all factory expense vouchers.

• Perform spot purchases with the team at any time for major items or from new suppliers.

• Perform any other responsibilities delegated by the HOD.
