TeMS Link Limited a IT enable Telecommunication organization is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and responsible Finance Assistant Manager to join our Finance Department
Assist in planning, managing, and supervising the company's day-to-day financial operations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and budget variance analyses.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund requirements to ensure smooth business operations.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger activities.
Ensure timely processing of vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and payroll-related financial transactions.
Support the preparation, monitoring, and control of annual budgets and departmental expenditures.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Financial Reporting Standards (BFRS), tax regulations, VAT laws, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities during audits and financial reviews.
Prepare and submit VAT, Tax, and other statutory returns within the prescribed deadlines.
Develop, implement, and monitor internal financial controls, policies, and procedures to minimize financial risks.
Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to support strategic business decisions.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.
Assist in forecasting, financial planning, profitability analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.
Support management in preparing business reports, presentations, and financial feasibility analyses.
Lead, mentor, and supervise finance team members while ensuring high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with HR, Administration, Procurement, and other departments to ensure smooth financial coordination.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and increased operational efficiency.
Perform any other finance and accounts-related responsibilities assigned by management.
