We have Agri Machineries (Tractor, Harvester, Power Tiller, Diesel Engine, Reaper, Rice Transplanter & Water Pump), Automobiles (YAMAHA Motorcycles), Infrastructural Equipment (Kobelco, Case, Lovol & Jungheinrich), Tire Solutions (CEAT), Commercial Vehicles (Foton & Mahindra), Lubricants (Yamalube & Liqui-Moly) & Power Solutions Products (YorPower, Himoinsa & Weichai) etc. in our product line.

The role is responsible for conducting market, financial, and strategic analyses to support business growth and investment decisions. The incumbent will prepare feasibility studies, business intelligence reports, and financial models while collaborating closely with business and finance teams. The position also requires strong knowledge of AI and the ability to leverage AI tools to improve analytical accuracy, productivity, and data-driven decision-making.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Prepare market analysis reports which are aligned with the business needs.

• Perform the investment analysis of existing and future projects.

• Prepare the feasibility analysis of the new ventures.

• Keep update with the macro economic factors of the country for better analysis.

• Prepare qualitative and quantitative analysis of financial and economic data.

• Prepare reports and presentations on the business and market intelligence.

• Assist in the development of long-term goals and strategic objectives for the organization.

• Identify, analyze, and monitor issues that affect profitability, growth, and productivity.

• Analyze budget and business plans to ensure coherence and accuracy. Coordinate between Finance Team and Business Team to ensure a smooth preparation of budget, business plan and feasibility analysis.

• Build financial database by identifying sources of information; assembling, verifying, and backing up data.

• Communicate with external stakeholders, industry analysts and the investment community.

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and effectively apply AI tools and concepts in day-to-day work to enhance research quality, data analysis, reporting, forecasting, process efficiency, and strategic decision-making.

• Work closely with other team members in order to achieve company goals and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
