• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Accounting
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Accounting

• 3 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Wholesale, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Chemical Industries, Automobile, Paint, Toiletries

• Age 25 to 40 years

Skills and Competencies:

1. Strong knowledge of costing, budgeting, inventory, and financial reporting.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and PowerPoint.

3. Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

4. Good communication and cross-functional coordination ability.

5. High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Partner with operational teams to support financial and commercial decision-making.

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and periodic financial performance reports.

• Analyze revenue, cost, profitability, productivity, and operational variances.

• Monitor working capital, inventory, receivables, payables, and cash-flow performance.

• Identify cost-saving and process-improvement opportunities.

• Evaluate business proposals, investments, CAPEX, and operational initiatives.

• Develop dashboards and management reports with actionable insights.

• Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and approval processes.

• Coordinate with Accounts, Supply Chain, Sales, Commercial, and other functions.

• Support month-end closing, reconciliations, and performance reviews.

• Track agreed action plans and highlight financial risks to management.

• Assist management in translating business objectives into measurable financial outcomes.
