Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: - Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and review invoices, bills, and payment schedules.
- Perform bank, customer, and vendor account reconciliations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Generate management reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records.
- Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Coordinate with the USA finance team through email and online meetings.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to supervisors and management.
- Maintain accounting documentation and electronic filing systems.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Support internal audit and compliance requirements.
- Perform other accounting and reporting tasks assigned by management.
