• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, Market Research Firms, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Overseas Companies, Call Center

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, International Business, Service Marketing

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, Market Research Firms, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Overseas Companies, Call Center

• Age 26 to 35 years

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets

• Good computer literacy (MS Office, CRM/Call Center software)

• Fluency in Bangla and English

• Basic computer skills.

• Must be willing to work the night shift.

• Female candidates will be given preference.

• Make outbound calls to international clients to promote products/services.

• Generate qualified leads and close telesales deals with overseas customers.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

• Communicate effectively with global clients via phone, email, and chat.

• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM/Excel.

• Provide market feedback and suggest improvements to the sales strategy.
