New York, USA (Operations managed from Dhaka, Bangladesh)

🌙 Night Shift — Mandatory for All Positions

Total Cable BD is a Dhaka-based outsourced call center supporting a New York-headquartered IPTV platform streaming 200+ Bengali and international live TV channels to the global Bangladeshi diaspora. We are expanding our team and hiring 10 agents across two functional teams.

📞 TEAM 1 — OUTBOUND SALES AGENTS

Responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers, presenting subscription packages, and converting leads into active subscribers.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective Bangladeshi-American customers

Present and sell subscription plans effectively

Meet monthly acquisition targets

🎧 TEAM 2 — INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS

Responsible for handling incoming calls, resolving customer queries, managing account issues, and ensuring subscriber satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer queries and complaints

Resolve account issues and manage renewals

Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

💰 Salary & Benefits (Applicable to Both Teams)

• During 6-month probation period: BDT 15,000/month + Commission + Other Benefits

• After successful completion of probation: Fixed salary up to BDT 25,000/month (based on performance) + Commission + Other Benefits

• Part-time option available: BDT 1,000/day
