We are looking for experienced and skilled Senior Call Center Supervisors who are strong in managerial responsibilities and experts in lead generation. Both supervisors will be dynamic, cross-functional roles, supporting both Inbound and Outbound teams.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day operations across both Inbound and Outbound teams
Design and execute lead generation strategies
Monitor agent performance, provide coaching, and track KPIs for both teams
Guide and motivate the team to achieve sales and service targets
Handle escalations and resolve operational issues across functions
Report regularly to management
