Responsibilities & Context:
Team & Project Management:
Lead, mentor, and coach team members to help them achieve technical excellence and professional growth.
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Oversee sprint planning, task allocation, and manage day-to-day operations using Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Monitor project progress, report status to management, and ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Facilitate communication within the development team and with cross-functional teams (QA, UI, DevOps, etc.).
Development & Operations:
Actively participate in hands-on coding for critical or complex features and support testing and deployment activities.
Work with databases such as SQL Server, focusing on schema design and query optimization.
Ensure applications are seamlessly integrated within existing systems and environments (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, cloud services such as Azure / AWS).
Create and maintain essential software documentation, including design specifications and technical use cases.
