• Maintaining, diagnosing, and troubleshooting hardware, and installing operating systems and software.

• Setting up and troubleshooting LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks.

• Providing IT support to end users for desktops, laptops, wireless routers, scanners, printers, and other IT assets, in line with company IT policy.

• Configuring mail clients for Exchange, POP, and IMAP, and troubleshooting related issues.

• Handling and troubleshooting IP cameras, CCTV, video conferencing equipment, and access control devices.

• Maintaining IT inventory for both hardware and software, and keeping proper documentation.

• Working closely with other team members with a positive, team-player attitude.

• Carrying out network cabling and providing basic networking support.

• Configuring and maintaining MikroTik devices.

• Configuring and maintaining Linux servers.

• Managing and troubleshooting MikroTik routing protocols, including static routing, dynamic routing, and route optimization.

• Configuring and maintaining VLANs, firewall rules, NAT, VPN, bandwidth management, and network security policies on MikroTik devices.

• Monitoring network performance, analyzing traffic, and ensuring maximum uptime and reliability of network infrastructure.

• Implementing and maintaining network redundancy, failover, and load-balancing solutions using MikroTik routers.

• Diagnosing and resolving routing, switching, connectivity, and internet-related issues across the organization.

• Assisting in network planning, expansion, and infrastructure upgrades to support business requirements.

• Maintaining proper documentation of network topology, IP addressing schemes, routing configurations, and network changes.
