Responsibilities & Context:
• Provide age verification certificates during recruitment.
• Conduct pre-employment health checkups for workers and staff.
• Ensure overall health and safety issues in the factory.
• Support occupational health, hygiene, and safety programs.
• Conduct periodic health checkups for workers and staff.
• Conduct health awareness and preventive healthcare programs.
• Monitor all medical-related issues across the facility.
• Conduct necessary training for workers, including First Aid and Health & Safety Training.
• Handle workplace injuries, accidents, and medical emergencies.
• Coordinate referrals to hospitals when higher-level medical care if necessary.
• Take care of all health issues and maintain medical records and health reports.
• Prepare injury analysis reports and safety assessments.
