Responsibilities & Context:
Odessa Fashions Ltd, a leading sweater manufacturing company, invites applications from competent, energetic, and self-motivated candidates for the following position.
Prepare and process monthly salary, wages, and overtime for all employees and workers.
Ensure accurate attendance, leave, and time-office data reconciliation prior to payroll processing.
Maintain compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law regarding salary, overtime, and benefits calculation.
Prepare payroll-related reports (MIS, cost analysis, disbursement sheets) for management and auditors.
Coordinate with HR & Admin, Accounts, and bank for salary disbursement.
