Experience: 6-7 years of experience in Sweater Factory for merchandiser
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering,
Salary: Negotiable
Job Description:
Manage the complete order lifecycle from enquiry to shipment
Coordinate sample development, approvals, and production timelines
Prepare and maintain Time & Action (T&A) calendars.
Monitor order progress to ensure on-time delivery
Liaise with sourcing, production, quality, commercial, planning, and logistics teams.
Ensure all raw materials and trims are sourced on time.
Track production status and proactively resolve issues
affecting delivery
Maintain regular communication with factories regarding order updates.
Review purchase orders, contracts, and technical specifications.
Coordinate testing, inspections, and shipment documentation.
Analyze production risks and recommend corrective actions
Prepare merchandising reports and management updates.
Support new product development and business growth
initiatives.
Maintain strong relationships with buyers, suppliers, and
