• Age 35 to 40 years

• Formulate and implement marketing strategies to achieve monthly production targets.

• Secure and manage orders from international buyers to ensure consistent workflow across all production lines.

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with global brands, retailers, and sourcing agents.

• Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.

• Negotiate pricing, costing, and delivery schedules to ensure competitiveness and profitability.

• Collaborate with merchandising and production teams to align marketing commitments with factory capabilities.

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.

• Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.

• Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer meetings.

• Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve organizational objectives.
