Experience:
Awareness of different media agenda.
Strong public speaking skills for training and presentation.
Sound knowledge in designing and implementing compliance frameworks.
Experience in risk assessments to monitor regulatory and policy compliance.
Strong command of MS Office, proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
Key Responsibilities (Communications):
Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance the organization’s brand, visibility, and outreach efforts.
Manage and update digital platforms, including website content, social media channels, and email newsletters.
Operate and manage online platforms, including Online Learning Hub (OLH), Online Record Book (ORB) and Open Award Centre (OAC).
Implementing publicity strategies, promotional plan and media coverage.
Dealing with enquiries from the public, the press, the International Award Foundation and related organisations under the supervision of National Director/National Coordinator.
Making arrangements for necessary functions like Evaluation Session, Gold Award Ceremony, DEA Night, Award Leaders’ Work-in-Group Conference, exhibitions, tours and visits.
Key Responsibilities (Compliance):
Design and implement compliance frameworks to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
Prepare and store the necessary documents required for the licence review.
Review and update policies, manuals, and communication protocols in line with IAF standards.
Support risk assessments to monitor regulatory and policy compliance.
Maintain accurate records of communications and compliance documentation for licence review and transparency.
Act as a liaison with legal and regulatory authorities on matters related to organisational compliance.
Track and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and suggest areas for improvement.
Coordinate communication with partner organisations and the International Award Foundation, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Facilitate compliance with all existing policies and oversee consent processes.
Support programme teams in communicating programme impact through case stories, testimonies, and reports.
Required Qualifications:
Master’s degree in any- English/Journalism and Mass Communication from a reputed Public/Private University; Educational qualifications may be relaxed for candidates with proven expertise in the relevant field.
1-2 Years of professional experience in the related field is a must.
