Skills Required: Denim Bottom (Woven),GARMENT COSTING,Merchandising and Production.,Sample Development
Additional Requirements:
- Age 27 to 35 years
Strong knowledge of woven and bottom, denim product development.
Good understanding of garment construction, fabrics, trims, washing, printing, and embroidery.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Handle the complete product development process from development to sample approval.
Review buyer tech packs and coordinate with factories for sample execution.
Source fabrics, trims, accessories, and new developments according to buyer requirements.
Follow up on Proto, Fit, SMS, PP, and production samples.
Prepare product costing and negotiate prices with suppliers and factories.
Coordinate with buyers, vendors, QA, sourcing, and production teams.
Ensure timely execution of the Time & Action (T&A) calendar.
Maintain product development records, sample status, and development reports.
Resolve technical and production-related issues during product development.
Conduct market research and introduce innovative materials, fabrics, and trims.
Attend buyer meetings and support seasonal product development activities.
