• Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work
• Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Capacity Management to ensure optimal utilisation and efficiency;

• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with buyers;

• Develop and onboard new buyers to expand business opportunities;

• Confirm new orders with buyers in a timely and accurate manner;

• Conduct market intel analysis to support business development initiatives;

• Lead and manage the team to achieve departmental goals and performance targets;

• Ensure sales assurance by monitoring order fulfilment and delivery commitments;

• Coordinate and collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth business operations;

• Maintain and monitor yarn projections to support production planning;

• Analyse business data to support forecasting and strategic decision-making;

• Perform costing and negotiate with buyers to achieve competitive pricing;

• Ensure approval of pre-costing before order execution.
