• Sound understanding of buyer quality standards.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet shipment deadlines.

We are looking for a competent and experienced Finishing Production Manager (PM) to lead finishing operations from Linking to Final Finishing in a reputed export-oriented sweater manufacturing factory. The role requires strong leadership, production planning capability, and a proven track record of increasing production with quality and cost efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and control finishing production from linking to final packing.
• Ensure maximum production output while maintaining required quality standards.
• Improve productivity, efficiency, and line balancing in finishing sections.
• Reduce production cost, rework, and rejection.
• Ensure on-time shipment in coordination with planning and merchandising teams.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance systems.
• Coordinate with IE, Quality, Production Planning, and Compliance departments.
• Develop, train, and motivate finishing team members.
• Maintain production KPIs and regular reporting to management.
