Responsibilities & Context:
This position will support the merchandising team in managing sweater orders fromdevelopment to shipment, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery througheffective coordination with buyers, suppliers, and production teams.
* Review buyer tech packs, specs, and samples; coordinate sampling (proto, fit, sizeset).
* Assist in costing, order processing, and internal communication.
* Monitor yarn, trims, production, and ensure on-time order delivery.
* Communicate regularly with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams on order status.
* Support quality and production teams to resolve issues.
* Maintain order files and prepare regular progress reports.
* Assist in shipment booking and documentation.
