Responsibilities & Context:
To join the team as a professional Customer Care Representative, dealing with customers and Agents over the Phone, Mail, Comment and Chat.
Monitor the orders which are received in our e-Commerce portal.
Inbound customer support, including handling customer and agent queries and providing information about products and services.
Outbound customers support for customers and agents Order, Delivery and complain issue as well as telemarketing
Check the Pop-Up notification e-Mail
Maintains quality service by following organizations standard
Any others institutional tasks as assigned by the institute.
