Responsibilities & Context:

IT Operations

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, barcode printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and business applications.

• Ensure smooth operation of LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network devices.

• Monitor and maintain computer systems, user accounts, and data security.

• Maintain IT assets, software licenses, and related documentation.

• Coordinate with software vendors and service providers for system maintenance and issue resolution.

• Perform regular system backup, antivirus updates, and preventive maintenance.

• Support ERP, attendance, and other business applications used by the factory.

Barcode Management

• Generate and manage product barcodes for ice cream cartons based on production plans.

• Ensure barcode accuracy and timely availability for production operations.

• Coordinate with the Production, Supply Chain, Sales, and Commercial teams to maintain barcode integrity and traceability.

• Troubleshoot barcode printing and scanning issues.

• Maintain barcode records and ensure data consistency within the ERP or barcode management system.

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare daily and monthly IT support reports.

• Maintain proper documentation of IT systems, hardware inventory, and barcode records.

• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and information security standards.
