Responsibilities & Context:
Operate ice cream production machines (mixing, freezing, filling, packaging, etc.)
Set up machines before production and ensure proper calibration
Monitor machine performance and production output
Ensure product quality meets company standards
Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of machines as per hygiene guidelines
Identify and report mechanical issues or breakdowns
Assist maintenance team in minor repairs when required
Maintain daily production records and logs
Follow all safety, GMP, HACCP, and company policies
Minimize wastage and ensure efficient use of raw materials
